All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in the Netherlands.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (CET) on business days are typically dispatched the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (CET) are dispatched on the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
